Sometimes during or following the delivery process, a customer has changed their mind or would like to return/exchange or warranty the product they purchased. Please familiarize yourself with manufacturer warranties before filing a return/warranty. Most items (there are exceptions) have a 7 Day no questions asked return policy. Here we'll try to explain how our store’s warranty policy works.

What Products are Provided with Warranty?

Some of our products apply for a limited Lifetime Warranty. The items that may be included in this policy but not limited to are, optics, firearms, fishing equipment, shooting accessories and knives. As a retailer we warrant these components to you, the original retail purchaser, to be free from material manufacturing defects. The lifetime duration of the Warranty means the standardized usage cycle for a specific item listed by the manufacturer.

  • DIFFERENT TYPES OF WARRANTY

    While some items have a limited lifetime warranty, most item have a one year warranty.
  • Warranty Exceptions

    Electronics have a repair warranty only and should be returned to the appropriate warranty center. If you have questions on specific manufacturer warranty, please contact us or manufacturer for details.
    Firearms have a repair warranty only and should be returned to an appropriate warranty center. There are certain parameters around firearms. Please contact us or manufacturer for details.
  • Consignment Items - Pre-owned / Used

    Please note that ALL Consignment Items (including New, Used & Pre-owned) do NOT come with any Warranty.
    In the event you encounter an issue with the above listed items, we will direct you to a repair depot that may be able to help out, or we will work with you to help provide other possible solutions.

WHERE TO APPLY FOR WARRANTY SERVICES?

Under these Limited Warranties, all of the legal liability of Wolverine Guns & Tackle is limited to repair, or replacement at the manufacturer discretion put forth in the manufacturers out lined warranty.

These Limited Warranties are not applicable for any products which have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization of the manufacturer, in which case you would need to deal directly with the manufacturer.

IN WHAT CASES THE WARRANTY IS NOT PROVIDED?

There can be two limits for the Warranties issued with the purchase of the furniture items on our website.

  • In the case of used and consignment firearms there will be a 30 day limited warranty from date of purchase for the end user to test the functionality and submit a claim. After 30 days there will be no other warranty offered
  • Ammunition, Powder and primers are final sale, once ammunition has shipped from the building there is no option of return or exchanging. Do to the nature of ammunition we are unable to except any products after they have left our facility.
  • Damaged Packaging that is deemed as not resalable as new unopened product.
  • All electronic items Must be returned to the manufacturer warranty depot set up in Canada.

exCHANGE or RETURN

Filing a exchange or a return is an easy process, requiring nothing more than a “Return Authorization # IE: RA# and your proof of purchase, the item itself and the return label printed out by you and put at the top of the package. Shipping is the responsibility of the returnee.
